With 25+ speakers, panelists, and facilitators, the summit blends inspiring talks, hands-on workshops, wellness practices, and shared experiences. Our goal is to create an intimate, empowering space that supports personal and professional growth while fostering genuine community connections.
The summit is intentionally designed as an intimate, high-impact gathering, not a massive conference. We expect up to 100 participants—a size that allows for deeper conversations, authentic connections, and a welcoming atmosphere.
The summit takes place indoors at the Prestige Mountain Resort in Rossland, BC. This cozy mountain resort provides the perfect setting for two days of inspiration, connection, and focus.

On the day of the summit, check in at the entrance to pick up your swag bag with all event materials. Join us for two full days of speakers including lunch, expert panel talks, and several sessions, including dinner on Thursday night!

We’ll send you a reminder closer to the event date, but we always check ID at the door. We’ve got you covered with everything else, including food, drink, pens, and notebook.

Your ticket includes access to all the sessions, talks, experiences, food, and drinks. You don’t have to register for any sessions. We’ll provide the agenda at the event when you check in.
Come as you are! Business casual or smart casual is perfect. There will be light movement sessions each day, so we recommend something comfortable for sitting, learning, and connecting throughout the day.
Your ticket includes a light breakfast bites during arrivals and check-in, a seated lunch both days, snacks throughout the day, and dinner at Gabriella’s Italian Restaurant on Thursday night. Yes. Our official event photographer, Amanda McGregor of Ellie Rye Moments, will be capturing moments throughout the event, including a group photo on Thursday that we encourage everyone to join. If you prefer not to have your photo taken, please let Lynn know directly at the event. You can also reach her by cell at 250-878-1634.
If you want a personal photo session during the summit, Amanda is offering Mini Branding Sessions for $100. You’ll get a 15-minute shoot and 5 edited photos for your website, social media, or business use.

You can pick up your Kootenay Women Swag Bag at the entrance as it will have all your materials for the summit.
Parking is available on-site at the Prestige Mountain Resort for hotel guests. Street parking is also available nearby for other participants. Full details will be shared closer to the event.
Tickets are non-refundable, but fully transferable. If you can’t attend, you may send someone in your place—just email us at lhiscoe@empoweredlives.ca to transfer your ticket to someone else.
